School-Age Neuropsychology
Neuropsychological evaluations for the IEP of school-age K-12 students (Learning, Dyslexia, and math disorders, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, behavior, anxiety, mood) to provide diagnoses and treatment plans, and requested Impartial Hearing Evaluations.
To start, please email the New York City DOE Authorization-for-Assessment (AA2/Enhanced-Rate) to schedule an appointment. We offer openings within one to 2 weeks.
The AA2/Enhanced-Rate package will fully cover the cost of the evaluation and is obtained through the school psychologist or the school district. (We do not accept self-pay or medical insurance.)

Neuropsychology evaluations for testing accommodations on SAT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, EPPP, and citizenship exams.
Forensic evaluations: fit-for duty/return to work, court-mandated.

Evaluation appointments are available within one to two weeks and may require two to three appointments.
Reports are sent to referral sources within two weeks following the evaluation.
